The Oregon Outdoor Council is pleased to announce that the Oregon House of Representatives Agriculture and Natural Resource Committee has finalized the agenda for the FIRST EVER “Status of Hunting & Angling In Oregon” hearing! This committee meeting is an invitation only hearing on:
Chair Rep. Witt (D) & Vice Chair Rep. Esquivel (R) are both strong pro-sportsmen legislators and have organized this hearing at the request of the Oregon Outdoor Council.
This is a landmark step in the right direction for changing the status quo in Oregon. You wanted results, and we’re out there getting them!
You many notice, some invited speakers are not historically hunter or angler friendly and they were invited to answer “the tough questions” on their radical agendas.
Want to see more positive change for hunters, anglers, trappers, and recreational shooters? We both know Oregon is at a major impasse, without pro-sportsmen legislation nothing is going to change for us, and we’re doing exactly what needs to be done. Join us in this fight! P.S. The hearing is invited testimony only, but it is open to the public. If you would like to attend please do, but regardless, we encourage you to contact your legislator with our auto responder and let them know how important sportsmen and conservation issues are! Click here.
