Heather Aldrich is easily the most active and successful female bear hunter in Oregon. She’s an inspiration for all of Oregon’s aspiring huntresses and chasing bruins is her passion. Heather will teach you how to locate prime bear habitat and food sources in spring and fall, how to identify a boar versus sow, and sizing up bears.
David Walker and Brad Mombert of the Oregon United Sporting Dogs Association are two excellent houndsmen. They’ll teach you how to get started with hounds and how to locate bobcats.
